Added optional hover-target enforcement: when enabled, the countdown only runs while hovering the overlay circle, or pressing and holding it on touch devices.

Made the blocking overlay more opaque.

Added configurable timer reset window in hours, defaulting to 24 hours. Tabs left open past the reset window now require a fresh wait.

Changed wait duration settings to minutes. Existing older second-based settings reset to the new 1-minute default.

Improved focus enforcement so the timer only runs when the tab is active, the browser window is focused, and the page itself is visible/focused.

Protected more friction-reducing settings changes behind the wait timer. Reducing the wait duration, removing tracked sites, and disabling hover-target enforcement now require waiting first.

Site-removal waits now only count down while the settings popup is open, and the remaining time is preserved if the popup is closed and reopened.
