What the extension reads

The extension runs only on amazon.com and amazon.co.uk. On a product page it reads publicly visible listing details such as the ASIN, title, price, rating, and review count. On a search results page it reads the search keyword and the listings shown. This information is sent to our servers so the analysis can be returned to you.

The extension does not read any other website, does not read your browsing history, does not access Amazon Seller Central, and does not read pages in other tabs.

Account information

You can use the extension without an account. If you choose to sign in, we collect your email address to send a one-time sign-in code and to identify your account. A sign-in token is stored in browser storage so you stay signed in.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not collect your location, your financial details, your health information, or your personal communications. The extension contains no third-party advertising or analytics.

Retention and your rights

Analysis requests are retained to operate the service, apply usage limits, and improve accuracy. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@askjeffy.ai.
