End-User License Agreement for Autodarts Match Companion (beta)
Autodarts Match Companion (beta) by FreeStyle
Autodarts Match Companion
Effective date: 19 August 2026
This End User Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and the developer of Autodarts Match Companion (the "Developer") concerning your use of the Autodarts Match Companion browser extension (the "Add-on").
By installing, enabling, or using the Add-on, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.
Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free licence to install and use the Add-on on devices you own or control for lawful personal or business use with the Autodarts service.
This Agreement grants permission to use the Add-on. It does not transfer ownership of the Add-on or any associated intellectual-property rights.
You may use the Add-on only in accordance with applicable law, this Agreement, Mozilla's applicable terms and policies, and the terms governing any third-party service used with the Add-on.
Except where applicable law or a separate open-source licence expressly permits it, you must not:
- sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute the Add-on;
- use the Add-on to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any service, account, device, or network;
- use the Add-on to harass others, send unlawful content, cheat, manipulate results, or violate the rules of Autodarts or any related competition; or
- remove or alter copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices included with the Add-on.
The Add-on enhances supported pages on
play.autodarts.com. Its features may include an enhanced scoring display, preset quick-chat controls, and automatic fullscreen controls on supported desktop versions of Firefox. Some functionality may differ or be unavailable on mobile devices.The Add-on depends on Firefox, the Autodarts website, and the structure and availability of third-party services. Changes made by those third parties may cause features to stop working temporarily or permanently.
Autodarts Match Companion is an independent add-on. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not produced, sponsored, endorsed, or supported by Autodarts, Mozilla, or their respective owners or affiliates.
Your use of Firefox, Autodarts, and any other third-party service remains subject to that service's own terms, privacy notice, rules, and account requirements. The Developer is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or actions they take concerning your account.
"Autodarts", "Firefox", "Mozilla", and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
When you select a preset quick-chat message, the Add-on operates the relevant controls on the Autodarts page on your behalf. The message is then handled by the Autodarts service in the same general manner as a message you submit through the site's own interface.
You are responsible for messages and other actions initiated through the Add-on and for complying with applicable community standards and service rules.
The Add-on does not send personal data, browsing history, telemetry, analytics, or add-on usage data to the Developer or to Developer-controlled servers.
Feature preferences are stored locally by Firefox on your device. The Add-on reads and modifies supported Autodarts page content locally to provide its features.
Actions you initiate through the Autodarts website, including preset quick-chat messages, may be transmitted to and processed by Autodarts under its own terms and privacy notice. The Developer does not control that processing.
The Developer may provide updates that modify, add, or remove functionality or address compatibility, security, or policy requirements. Updates distributed through Mozilla Add-ons may be installed automatically by Firefox according to your browser settings.
The Developer may stop maintaining or distributing the Add-on at any time. Removal from a distribution service does not necessarily remove copies already installed on user devices.
The Add-on and its original code, design, and documentation are owned by the Developer or used with permission, subject to any third-party or open-source components and their respective licence terms.
No rights are granted to third-party services, software, names, logos, or other materials beyond those provided by their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, compatibility, and freedom from errors.
The Developer does not warrant that the Add-on will operate without interruption, remain compatible with Firefox or Autodarts, prevent data loss, or meet every User's requirements.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, account access, match results, or business interruption arising from or related to the Add-on or third-party services.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by disabling and uninstalling the Add-on.
Your licence terminates automatically if you materially breach this Agreement. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Add-on. Provisions concerning ownership, third-party rights, warranty disclaimers, liability, and interpretation survive termination where applicable.
The Developer may update this Agreement when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Add-on, law, distribution requirements, or third-party services. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an updated Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
This Agreement, together with any applicable notices or separate licences supplied with the Add-on, is the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the Add-on.
Questions about this Agreement or the Add-on may be sent using the support contact shown on the Add-on's Mozilla Add-ons listing.
