Hello, I am a pro user who has donated to use this add on (for downloading art videos from classes - with permission) and suddenly it's stopped working completely. When I read support it appears that there should be work arounds but none of them worked for me and it says I can't contact support. I have donated to support this creator and now am left without a working option to download my art videos. If this is fixed, I'll update my review. But for now I've paid this developer and what I paid for isn't working. The owner says there is a program we can now buy from him but you have to pay again/more. It's sad. I wish the owner would honor those of us who bought from him with either another option or a refund.

Tried the extension and immediately got a message that the free version no longer works. Paid $30 to upgrade to the pro upgrade; immediately got a message that that no longer works. Contacted support to ask for a refund, got no response. Should have read the reviews, as this has clearly been going on for a while.

Free version's been dead for two weeks with no updates on the website. Owner also hasn't addressed the bad reviews from paid users, who say it STILL doesn't work and now he's demanding more money. Used to feel bad I never donated, but now that the author's shown his true colors I'm very glad I didn't. Even if this does come back don't trust it and look elsewhere.

Garbage, only allows 360p mp4 to be downloaded for free users and even that fails and doesn't download.

I paid for this add-on but now they want $39 a year to use their desktop version instead because "YouTube is blocking" them. There are better options out there that work and are free.

Sorry, it's become a scam that only can download popular videos through the cache of other paying customers in the last 24h. What a joke!

Got scammed. Donated to get "immediate access to high-quality downloads without waiting for the next version". Go to download and get the message "Youtube has blocked our proxies once again, I am working on a fix, pls. try again after sometime" Total scam.

Scammed again, worked for about 2 weeks the downloads 0kb files. I wish Mozilla would ban this useless scamware.
