Latest version
Version 1.3.0
Released Aug 9, 2026 - 238.99 KBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and laterFlash Streak 1.3.0 adds a drawing pad, study sessions that keep score, a new
color picker, and whole-profile backups.
New- Doodle pad. Draw a card face by hand: brush, eraser, zoom, pan, freehand
resizing, and its own undo that never disturbs your table. Save the drawing
straight onto a card, or export it as a PNG. - Open a picture in the pad, mark it up, and save it back to the card. A
drawing a card already has can be reopened and kept working on. - Weighted study scoring, now the default. "Got it" scores +1, "Again"
scores -1, and a card leaves the stack once it reaches the clear score, so
cards you keep missing keep coming back. The previous one-tap-to-clear
behavior is still there as "simple". - A new color picker with a hue rail, hex and RGB fields, an eyedropper
and your saved swatches. Card colors preview on a real flashcard you can
flip, showing the contrast of the text on each face. - Back up everything to one file: workspaces, decks, cards, notes, images,
palettes, shortcuts, search engines and themes. Restore puts a browser back
exactly where that file left it. - Color palettes export and import on their own.
- Help is now a set of collapsible sections, so it rarely needs scrolling.
Improved- Tall images fit inside a card instead of running off the face.
- The card editor previews a real card rather than an approximation of one.
- The doodle pad opens at the same size and zoom every time.
Accessibility- Links in a card's notes can be reached by keyboard.
- Dialogs hold focus where it belongs and hand it back on close.
- Escape closes the doodle pad from anywhere inside it.
- Pinch zoom works on the flashcards page.
- Toolbar buttons keep their names for screen readers at narrow widths.
Fixed- A restore that cannot write now refuses instead of deleting your data first.
- A single card with a missing color or position no longer blanks the table.
- Several undo problems, including dragging a deck frame leaving no undo step.
- Thick brush strokes no longer have notches bitten out of them.
Privacy- Site icons stay off until you turn them on, and genuinely do nothing
without the permission: decline it and no request leaves your browser. - No accounts, no analytics, no telemetry. Everything stays on your device.
