This policy applies to the im/ Links browser extension and the internal imlinks service it connects to. Both are internal private org tools, not intended for use outside the company.

The browser extension collects, stores, and transmits no data. It contains a static rule that matches navigation requests to the internal alias im and rewrites them to the corresponding internal URL. It does not read, log, or send browsing history, page content, keystrokes, or any other user activity anywhere.

The imlinks web app itself (separate from the extension) uses company Single Sign-On (Azure AD) to authenticate employees, and stores the go-links a signed-in employee creates so the service can function. This data is internal to a private org and is not shared with third parties.
