1. Data we collect
   
   Account data: name, email, role/permission information.
   Content data: text, images, videos and scheduling information you upload to the platform.
   Usage data: session information, activity logs, error/performance logs.
   Connected account data: access tokens required for social network connections.
2. How data is used

Your data is processed only to provide the service (planning, publishing, approval workflows, notifications, reporting), to ensure security and to improve the service. Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies are used for session management and security. Browser local storage may be used to remember your preferences (e.g. language). Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent.
4. Third-party services

Publishing features work through the APIs of the social networks you connect; those platforms’ own privacy policies apply. For services such as infrastructure and email, we work with trusted suppliers under data processing agreements.
5. Data security and retention

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections; access is limited on a permission basis. Data is retained while your account is active and for as long as legal obligations require.
6. Your rights
