Juvo Red Alert – Privacy Policy

This extension is an internal tool used by Juvo Leads agents on our own dashboard (dashboard.juvoleads.com).

What we collect:
- Agent name (as shown on the internal dashboard)
- Chat count (a number shown next to each agent)
- Connection status (online/red/disconnected)

What we do NOT collect:
- Customer or chat content of any kind
- Personal information about customers
- Browsing activity outside dashboard.juvoleads.com

How it's used:
The data above is synced in real time via our Supabase backend (vxdhkxxdyavwukgcexqz.supabase.co) so that when one agent goes offline, teammates are alerted and shown who should take over that agent's leads. This data is only visible to other logged-in Juvo Leads agents and is not shared with, or sold to, any third party.

Data retention:
Status data is transient and reflects current agent state; it is not retained for historical reporting beyond what's needed for the takeover feature to function.
