MichiClean is a local-first browser extension that removes known tracking
parameters from URLs. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share any
personal data.

• All URL cleaning runs locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to any
  server.
• Your settings (on/off state, whitelist, temporary exceptions) and your
  cleaning counters are stored only in your browser's local storage
  (storage.local / storage.session). They never leave your device and are
  deleted if you remove the extension.

• No analytics, no telemetry, no advertising SDKs, no remote code. Every
  build is automatically checked to contain no network or tracking
  primitives.
• No accounts, no login, no synchronization, no remote rule updates, no
  backend.

• Donating: the Ko-fi page opens only if you click the donate button.
• Reporting a broken site or suggesting a rule: your email app opens with
  a draft. Nothing is sent until you press send, and we only receive what
  you choose to send.
