Tempo Blocks is a local browser timer. It does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal information, browsing activity, analytics, or advertising identifiers.

The extension stores only the information needed to provide timer features in local extension storage: timer status and timestamps, the selected routine, notification and auto-advance preferences, Focus Cycle settings, Custom block names and durations, and the movable widget position. This information stays in the user browser profile on the device and is not sent to the developer or any third party.

Tempo Blocks uses browser alarms to keep time while its widget is closed and notifications to show user-enabled completion alerts. Temporary active-tab access and the scripting API attach the movable timer widget only after a toolbar click. The widget does not read, collect, or alter page content beyond adding its own isolated interface.

Tempo Blocks requests no persistent website access and has no access to browsing history, cookies, accounts, or network traffic. It contains no analytics, ads, tracking, or remotely hosted code. Uninstalling removes locally stored extension data. Privacy questions: legal@wiplash.ai
