- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14856319, a year agoWorked several months ago after I purchased a "Lifetime License" for $28 in September of 2024. Has not worked for several months. I have reinstalled Firefox and Video DownloadHelper twice to no avail. No response to several messages attempted to be sent to Video DownloadHelper. Be sure it works before spending with Video DownloadHelper!!!

I've uninstalled & reinstalled, unistalled & reinstalled the Companion App, no effect. It likes they're trying to force you to buy their "Pro" version :>(...
