After trying at least a dozen other down loaders and getting nothing but frustrated, I found Video Download Helper and have downloaded 100 videos in the last two days and not one was problematic. GREAT EXTENSION / APP!

I have been using this app for years... and have downloaded 200th video today and was asked to rate or write a review. So here I am.
