About this extension

webspec-tracer helps you understand and document how web specifications fit
together — the chain of algorithm calls that lead from one step to another.

When you're investigating behavior (or writing it up in a bug or pull request),
you often need to show how the spec gets from A to B: "assign() calls navigate,
which calls check if unloading is canceled…". Reconstructing and formatting that
chain by hand is tedious. webspec-tracer builds it for you, interactively, and
produces a clean, linkable trace ready to paste into a comment.
