Latest version
Version 3.0
Released Aug 10, 2026 - 278.87 KBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and laterWhat changed since 2.9
New full-tab workspace routes: Today, Reading list and Archive.
Reading state (unread / read / archived) is stored beside the bookmark tree instead of duplicating bookmarks into a folder.
Import of Netscape bookmark HTML and CSV, with a duplicate check and a preview.
Bulk selection with shift-click, and bulk tag / queue / archive / delete.
Pinned domain filters.
Scheduled workflows now run from a chrome.alarms tick in the service worker rather than only when a tab was open. This is why the alarms permission is back; it was removed in 2.9 when nothing used it.
Link-health checking can now actually run, behind an optional permission.
Backups are individually listed, restorable, downloadable and deletable.
Optional on-device AI features.
Favicons no longer use third-party servicesSource code released under MIT License

Version 2.9
Released Aug 7, 2026 - 199.12 KBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and laterWHAT'S NEW
Command palette. Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) to jump straight to any bookmark or folder.
Keyboard navigation. Arrow keys move through the list, Enter opens, Shift+Enter opens in a background tab, Ctrl+C copies a URL, and / jumps to the search box.
Undo delete. Deleting a bookmark now offers an Undo option for a few seconds, restoring it to its original folder and position.
Sorting. Order the list by title, URL, or date added, and the choice is remembered.
Collapsible sidebar. Press Ctrl+B to collapse the folder tree to an icon rail and give the list more room.
Full-tab mode. The popup is capped by the browser. The new "Open in full tab" button loads the same manager in a normal tab, where the list becomes multi-column and the analytics view has room to breathe.
Charts in analytics. Bookmarks added over the past year, and your most-bookmarked domains.
FIXED
Large folders could appear completely empty until you scrolled. Folders with more than 50 bookmarks now render immediately.
The bookmark list could flicker continuously when a sort order was active.
Closing the Analytics window cleared the bookmark list until you clicked a folder.
Long bookmark titles and URLs were cut off mid-word instead of ending in an ellipsis.
Sorting had no effect in folders with more than 50 bookmarks.
Folder buttons showed two overlapping tooltips, and covered the folder name on hover.
Progress bars in Analytics rendered incorrectly when no data had been recorded yet.
Dark mode was inconsistent across settings, analytics, and the task manager.
Bookmark titles containing HTML are now escaped before display. Titles arriving from an imported bookmarks file could previously be rendered unsafely.
CHANGED
The interface has been rebuilt on a consistent design system, with matched light and dark themes throughout.
Icons are now bundled with the extension rather than fetched from a CDN, so the popup opens without waiting on the network and works offline.
Three permissions were removed: alarms, activeTab, and browsing history. Bookmark Enhancer now requests five permissions instead of eight, and no longer asks for access to your browsing history at all.
Rows are more compact, showing roughly 20% more bookmarks per screen in large folders.Source code released under MIT License
