by Firefox user 12407840, 8 years agoVery disappointing experiences with this lately. I am a PRO user and this used to work great but it no longer will let me download anything 720 or 1080p which is the whole point of paying to be a PRO user.
I have been in contact with the app developer for months who does not answer all of my questions which I pose as possible causes of what might be wrong and only instead tells me to do the same things over and over again which I continue to try, wasting much of my time.
I did not want to write a negative review but at this point I feel that I have no choice. When I first got this a few years ago it worked great and I wrote a very positive review. But now that it does not work & I can't get help to make it work I feel compelled to vent about it up here. Sigh.

posted 8 years agoSorry for the let down, there are thousands of PRO users using this. There was a update on Youtube's end which broke 720p v 11.1 fixed this now. Pls. contact me at - https://www.yourvideofile.org/support.html and I will make sure activation issue of yours is taken care of.

It's intuitive enough to need no more than a simple explanation - which they provide initially; and you can save as a bookmark (I could). AND it doesn't take very much space - while providing the full quality! ...Based on which quality you choose. Since mp4 at 1 of the available qualities AND choosing 1 of 2 download speeds (for mp3) worked: I assume all the formats you can choose from, also work.
And finally: This add-on is not intrusive with ads.
