    Version 2.0.0

    Released Aug 7, 2026 - 101.75 KB
Works with firefox 142.0 and later
Version 2.0.0 is a full rebuild around social conversation.

    New
    - A market panel at the top of the popup shows the whole universe at a glance: how positive the conversation is against its usual level, which coins are busiest, and how many are seeing unusual activity. It fills in before you pick a coin.
    - "Discussed" lists the topics people are raising, such as hype, fear, scam talk and memes. Hover a topic to see the words behind it.
    - "Who's posting" gives the number of distinct accounts posting over 24 hours, and how many of those were verified.
    - "How clear-cut" says whether the scoring agreed across posts, as clear, mixed or unclear.
    - The example words behind each topic are chosen by how distinctive they are to that coin, so they say something specific. They also no longer fill five slots with one word in five phrasings.

    Changed
    - The headline reading is unusual posting attention, measured against each coin's own recent norm. A small coin waking up counts for as much as a large one.
    - Tone is shown as a positive, neutral and negative split of scored posts.
    - The activity chart counts distinct accounts posting, and the timeframe buttons name what they cover.
    - Everything below the chart covers the same 24 hours and says so. The live row is labelled "Latest update" and carries the time it was collected.
    - "Price" replaces "Price range", showing the 24 hour change in green or red beside the high to low swing.
    - Alerts fire on unusual posting attention. You will get fewer of them, and each one carries more.
    - Notifications are requested only if you switch alerts on, so the install prompt is smaller.
    - "How it works" has been rewritten, including a plain section on the limits: English language posts on X only, imperfect filtering of automated posts, and quiet coins genuinely having little to report.
    - The coin picker's four activity filters become a single "Busiest" sort.

    Removed
    - Funding rate, open interest flow and whale positioning rows.
    - The AI-written summary paragraph.

Your tracked coins and Pro status carry over untouched.

    Version 1.0.14

    Released Jul 11, 2026 - 91.65 KB
Works with firefox 142.0 and later
    • New "Chatter volume" row: posts and authors at a glance, with likes, retweets, and follower reach in tooltips
    • Tone labels now explain themselves: "Too few posts" or "Unclear tone" instead of a generic "Insufficient data"
    • Much faster data: the feed now updates roughly every 50 minutes (previously ~3 hours)
    • 15 more coins tracked (272 total at release), including OM, RAY, OSMO, and 1000SATS
    • Smaller permission footprint: the "scripting" permission was removed - the extension no longer injects anything into web pages
    • The chart adapts to the faster feed: ~2-hour bars in Cycle view, and hovering a bar shows the exact time range it covers
    • Spot-only coins now show "No futures contract" instead of silently hiding the derivatives rows
    • Alerts no longer repeat while a coin stays hot - one alert per hot streak

  • Version 1.0.12

    Released Mar 30, 2026 - 87.57 KB
Works with firefox 142.0 and later
AI narrative summaries now load instantly when you reopen the popup. Previously the summary had to be re-fetched every time you closed and reopened the extension. It is now cached for the duration of the current data cycle (~2 hours), so reopening the popup shows your last summary immediately with no loading delay.

Fixed a race condition where the coin picker could appear empty on first install if the data payload had not finished loading. The picker now updates automatically once data arrives.

Works with firefox 142.0 and later
    New: AI summary
Each coin card now shows a short 1-2 sentence summary below the data rows. It pulls together the chatter level, tone shift, volume, funding rate, open interest, and whale positioning into a plain-language read of what the data says. It loads on demand when you view a coin and is cached per feed cycle, so it only calls the server once per coin per update - not on every popup open.

    Improved: card layout
The popup is slightly taller and the card layout is tighter overall - less wasted space between rows, giving the AI summary room to breathe without pushing anything off screen. The "See what's being said" link (shown on Buzzing/Spiking coins) and the "updated X ago" timestamp now share the same line.

    Fixed: notification spam
A bug was causing browser alerts to fire every 5-10 minutes even when no new data had arrived. Alerts now fire once per feed cycle update, as intended - never more than once for the same data.

Works with firefox 142.0 and later
We reduced the list of permissions the extension requests at install time. Previously, the extension declared access to 30+ individual trading and crypto information sites upfront. It now uses the activeTab permission instead - granting access only to the tab you're actively viewing, and only when you open the popup. The extension works exactly the same on all supported sites - Binance, TradingView, Bybit, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, and the rest.
