- Rated 1 out of 5by sushigal007, 2 hours agoMuch the same complaint as everybody else, they took a decent free spellcheck, added a bunch of 'premium' AI 'features' for a free trial, and then locked even basic functionality behind a paywall. I'll be switching to another spellchecker, even if that's just typing everything in LibreOffice first and pasting it over.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20093219, 4 hours agoLike others have said, it used to be great until they decided to go payware.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Obscenity, 12 hours agoUsed to be good, now just another greedy AI company. I don't even want the free trial, I want the old version back.
- Rated 1 out of 5by tizzac, 15 hours agoThe had 5 stars until they decided we need to pay for it. Bye!
- Was real helpful before you had to pay for it. Now it is useless for me, I can not afford to pay for this, I will be removing this add-on and putting on my list of not to ever add again, this will also be for the Learneo Services, because they will drop you like they just did with this add-on.
- Rated 1 out of 5by portal cake, a day agoThis used to be a good extension that I used on a regular basis.
Although it wasn't perfect and I had to add a lot of words to the dictionary, it still did its job.
But after they made it completely paid, it became absolutely useless. - Rated 1 out of 5by June, 2 days agoWent from being a wonderful tool to now only usable if you're a premium user. It's a terrible change no matter the reason. I will be uninstalling and finding another spell checker.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Maka, 3 days agoC'est devenu payant... je désinstalle et je retourne en mode gramanazi.
- Rated 1 out of 5by bbeeohazardd, 4 days agoWas great until it forced me on a "premium trial" without even notifying me and then wouldn't even let me go back to the regular version and I was forced to uninstall. Real scummy.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Golfy, 4 days agoI know that open source don't means free/gratis. But I dislike the way this product become less acurate in the time and how marketing justify why browser plugin will be a premium functionnality. As a teacher, I was advising my students to use it... now, I'll advise them to use Grammalecte.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14337437, 4 days agoThey want me to upgrade to premium so that I can still use it. I don't do subscriptions tho. Good riddance then.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20083741, 5 days agoI've been a big fan of this one for a few years but seeing that they've made it a paywalled extension. a SUBSCRIPTION, at that. I am now looking for a new grammar and spell checker.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Tsaghira, 5 days agoThe extension itself works great. My rating is based on the fact that they are switching entirely to being a paid service only. I will be removing the extension.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 6772518, 5 days agoI rarely need a grammar checker these days, but I have found almost all of the suggestions I get in "picky" mode — particularly when I am writing something a bit more formal than a text — very reasonable. The fact that I probably "only" use about 10-20% of them should be taken in the context that I have used other grammar/spell checkers and rarely take their suggestions at all!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Sérgio Henrique S P, 5 days agoRealmente a extensão é ótima, mas, agora, ficou paga, após 14 dias de uso. Ainda não tem outra aqui no Firefox, mas já tem para Chrome.
